Who We Are
Science Habitat is the public-facing brand of Ubioquitos Inc. — a scientist-led scientific writing, research, analytics, and consulting firm. We operate from a Canada office and an India office and support academic researchers, biotech and pharmaceutical organisations, CROs, hospitals, and research institutions across the discovery-to-communication continuum.
Our team holds advanced degrees across biomedical, clinical, pharmacological, computational, regulatory, and communication disciplines. We are PhDs and MDs first, communicators second — and that ordering is deliberate. The discipline of producing scientific work to a peer-review standard is fundamentally different from describing it to a lay audience. We deliver the former.
Why We Exist
Rigorous science often stalls at the communication step, not the science step. A manuscript with the wrong structure never gets read; a grant without a clean Specific Aims page never gets funded; a regulatory dossier with internal inconsistencies generates queries that delay programmes by quarters. Science Habitat closes that gap.

How We Work
One team, one accountability chain, no unnecessary handoffs. The same scientific lead who scopes the work delivers it. We operate two engagement models: Project-Based (defined scope, fixed deliverables, fixed timeline) and Retainer/ongoing support (continuous scientific writing and analysis across a programme).
